HRR Referee Club Protocol 2019/20

The purpose of this document is to layout the protocol that HRR expect Clubs and their Coaches to follow for the season 2019/2020. Referee abuse is becoming a major problem in the game of rugby, particularly at the mini/midi and junior level; there is also an increase in the level of abuse from Coaches, Club Officials and Spectators.
