It is the responsibility of your club, college, university, or school to create an account on the Game Management System (GMS). Once your account is set up, you can create individual fixtures. When these fixtures are completed, your data will automatically transfer to Who’s the Ref (WTR)—the nationally recognized platform used by Refereeing Societies to appoint referees.
The RFU GMS features a dedicated support desk at englandrugby.com/participation/running-your-club/game-management-system/updates-and-support, where you can create your own access and account. Please use the RFU GMS site for any inquiries regarding the correct setup of your accounts.
To submit a fixture, you must provide all necessary details, including:
Home and Away team names
The name of the competition
Venue location
Kick-off (KO) time
Important Note: Fixtures must be created at least one week prior to the proposed kick-off. This ensures the society has adequate time to arrange an appropriate referee for your game.
