It is the responsibility of your club, college, university or school to create an account on the GMS. Once done, you can then create individual fixtures which, when completed, automatically transfers your data to Whose the Ref (WTR) which is the recognised platform used by Refereeing Societies nationally, to appoint referees. The RFU GMS does have its own dedicated help/support desk at https://www.englandrugby.com/participation/running-your-club/game-management-system/updates-and-support where you can create your own access and account. Use the RFU GMS site for any enquires you may have about setting up your accounts correctly.
You will need to be equipped with all the information you need for the fixture (Home/Away team names, the name of the competition, venue and KO time etc and fixtures need to be created at least one week before the proposed KO, to allow the society time to arrange an appropriate referee for your game.
Hampshire Referees Society remains committed to appointing the best referees we can to officiate games across the county (and beyond) and together with your help, we can achieve this.
